bad customer service. Showed no interest in helping me.

Deorosan went MIA and couldn't be reached when I was having a serious medical issue. She never returned my phone calls. She never looked at the X-rays. She was supposed to fill a prescription to help with the pain and never did. Her after hours emergency line is a joke that goes to a different doctor who never called me back after I was left waiting at the pharmacy for my prescription that was never called in. What a joke. Avoid at all costs. You deserve better

Staff doesn't answer phones. Big attitude problem. Who needs them. Don't think the doctor has any idea what crap the staff gives

NOT WORTH IT! The office manager is the WORST. She's never around to process your paperwork and she never answers nor returns any calls. When she is finally tracked down, she has a total attitude as if the patient is in the wrong. Wait time is ridiculously long. The staff is absolutely horrible because they are following the office manager's attitude. Dr. knows her stuff, but it's definitely not worth all the crap to see her. Check online for all the other complaints over the YEARS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

doctor spent 3 min with me. then I had to wait additional time about 45 min until she came out of another patient room.

2 hour waits, misdiagnosed, on hold for 45 minutes at a time- avoid this doctor!

I am tired of calling and hard her , I did not like her practice!
