She injected a small lump in my right earlobe that was actually a vein and left me with visible permanent damage. Then after telling me to come back for treatment to correct her error, she tried to charge me for her negligence. I filed a complaint with the medical board of California. Oh and her office sent me the medical release form with another patient's personal info.

I had the worst experience at this place!! As a new patient, they asked me to arrive 20 minutes before my 12:40 appointment so that they could get my paperwork done. I arrive at 12:20 to see a note on the door saying "Sorry our office is closed from 12:20 to 12:40." I found it very odd that they would ask me t o be there at 12:20 and then just close their office without even a phone call - especially after I just signed a bunch of papers agreeing that if I were to miss an appointment, they would charge me $150 or so. Why is their time more valuable than mine? What happened to decency and courtesy? Not to mention the hypocrisy of punishing me for lateness, and profiting off what unforeseen event might come up in my life, and then turning around and doing the same at will. Where is the accountability? In any case, I thought to give them the benefit of the doubt. 12:40 rolls around, we're now three people waiting and the office is still closed. No one answers their phone or opens… the door when I knock. One lady had the sense to just leave. That left two of us waiting. 1 pm rolls around, still the office is closed. I've now been waiting in the hallway for 40 minutes. The other lady decides to leave and finally the door opens. I ask the office manager why they decided to close. We held a meeting, she says. Again, so they held a meeting without giving me a call or respecting my time. They would charge me $150 if I was stuck in a meeting and couldn't make the appointment. Hypocrisy!! Besides, what kind of meeting would you have in a family-run practice t hat would involve all the nurses, staff, and doctors? A birthday party? This is not a corporation or a political entity that needs to strategize on a moment's notice. Needless to say, I did let them know I have more integrity than to spend my money at a place where they have outright disregard for their patients. If the medical profession want to behave like a business, it needs to be accountable and client-minded. This is not acceptable and it's time for doctors to get off their lofty pedestals and realize that service is important in every sector. It's not all about profitability and cramming 30 patients or more into a single day. my two cents.

With their office run by a bunch of unprofessional people, I am surprised they are still open!
