Dr. Vickie Vogel Prince, MD

No help from the doctor I’ve been seeing regularly. Rather than try and help me determine my issues and where my results are coming from she just accepts them and says she can’t help me. My doctor who is supposed to care is forcing me to now try and actually find medication on the street which I’ve never done before (aside from what my test says which has been tampered with if even by someone I know) and now have to find illegal sources. ?? excellent patient care. Especially after being an ongoing patient. Would not recommend her or the facility.

The PA was very rude and spent maybe seven minutes with me after I waited for over an hour.

After waiting for more than 2 hours, the doc finally finished up with her more important duties of pharmaceutical reps and popped in. After barely 5 minutes she was gone again. This is obviously a tenured doctor who doesn't have to care anymore. Too busy for my family - will go elsewhere.

In the last 2 year Dr Prince has made changes to her offfice and her staff. She hired a new office manager that will try and help if there is a problem. Everyone has bad days. I know that Doctors are not supposed to have them but we forget they are only human too. Everyone likes to get on theses ratings and bash people but they don't like to take the time to go on theses sites to mention the good.things. By no means is that office perfect,. everyone one can find fault with their doctor office at one time or another, especially if they have been your doctor for 15 years, But she and her entire office staff have taken care of my family and if it wasn't for Dr Prince, my wife would have died from another doctors mistake.

his has been by far the worst experience I have ever had with a doctors office! I have recently moved to the area and had chosen Dr Prince for my primary care, this is by far one of the worst decisions I have made! Not only is it very difficult to get in and see Dr Prince herself, you have to deal with her interns. I had recently gone in because I had been under the weather for 2 weeks, they had me leave a urine sample and sent me on my way, telling me to just deal with it, a week later I was still not feeling well so I went to another doctor who told me I had walking pneumonia! Not only do they not provide the correct diagnosis, dealing with there office staff is ridiculous! When you call in to inquire about anything they transfer you around to voicemail after voicemail with no return calls. I would not recommend this doctors office to anyone and am surprised. her practice is still open! I advise DO NOT choose Dr. Prince as your family doctor if you want proper care for you and your… family!

Overall, I have been fairly happy with this practice. I usually don't see Dr. Prince as she is hard to get in with and I prefer Teri, her Medical Assistant (who is GREAT) to Dr. Prince's somewhat overbearing personality. I have in the past had to wait an hour or more to be seen, but generally it's an okay visit.
