Dr. Madrid is the primary care physician for both me and my husband. We followed him from Kaiser, changing insurance companies to have him as our doctor. He's very thorough and caring and is obviously interested in our overall well-being.

Over the years, I have seen a handfuld of doctors, some I have seen again and others I wouldn't waste my time with. Dr. Madrid had been my primary for about 5 years now and we have never disagreed on anything, he can usually see you within 48 hours. He really sits down and listens, he doesn't try to finish your sentences. He is very friendly and very knowledgeable, I have recommended him to a couple close friends and they have all been happy as well. When I didn't have health insurance they gave me good deals on cutting down costs and he keeps up with generics very well.

Dr. Madrid is not only caring and intelligent, over the years he has correctly diagnosed a couple of rare conditions. He is collaborative with patients and sincerely interested in their well-being.
