I had been having an issue with reduced hearing in my left ear. My Primary doctor suggested I see Doctor Mokarry. I saw him at his office at Resurrection Hospital Doctor's Building on Talcott. The staff was super nice and helpful. Doctor Mokarry shook my hand when we met and went on to solve my 'problem' post haste. I could not be more pleased with my experience with Doctor Mokarry and his staff. Now I have an ENT if ever I need one again!

If I could give a zero stars I would. Condescending, arrogant. He accused me of seeing 5 doctors before him. ABSOLUTELY FALSE! Saw 1 doc before him. He was my 2nd opinion. Then he asked why I left 1st doc. Questions were irrelevant to why I was there. He was getting paid, so be a doc! But it was too late, he had already made up his mind that I’m some crazy woman who can afford to run around from doc to doc looking for the answer I want to hear. He was NOT interested whatsoever in helping me figure out my situation. Made me feel defensive and defeated. Poor clinical skills. He told me I DON’T have a sinus infection (regardless of the CT that showed it per my 1st doc). THEN he prescribed me 10 days of Biaxin! If no sinus infection, then why prescribe me 10 days of antibiotics? Short answer, because have an infection. Run don’t walk.

I met with Dr. Mokarry, Jr today for the first time. He is very pleasant, listens, very knowledgeable and discussed my concerns. I was quite pleased with this visit. I will be going back in a month.

I used to take my Dad to his appointments with Dr. Mokarry. My Dad was completely deaf in one ear and the other had issues too. My Dad also had Alzheimer's. Dr. Mokarry was so patient with my Dad (who could be a real handful) and kept things light with his great sense of humor. He is also one of the most competent doctors I've ever met. He goes above and beyond the call to help people which is a rare thing with doctors today. I like him so much, he's now MY ear doctor. I could not recommend him more highly.

We have been patients of Dr. Mokarry for years. He has treated multiple family members, everything from complex head and neck cancer issues to routine issues. His care is always professional, compassionate and committed. I recommend him and his associates highly.

My experience with Dr.Mokarry has been terrific. I will recommend him to my friends . Professionalism, competence, friendly caring attitude.Excellent care for the children.
