Dr. P. And his team took great care of me. I feel like he is an awesome dr. He recently took my hardware out and my knee is back to normal. You can trust him to do excellent work.

I went to Dr. Palomino after hurting both my knees after slipping on ice. The first week I could barely move. Once I was able to walk I went to urgent care and got some paid medication and xrays showing no broken bones and fitted for sleeves. Took be another week to see Dr. Palomino. He said he would order an mri on my left knee. I had previously broken my knee cap on my right knee and he said after looking at xrays the hardware had broken up and an mri would not turn out well because of the metal. Surgery would be needed to take out the hardware. I asked should I have it taken out a couple of times to figure out how to proceed with my right knee. He said "it doesn't matter to me whether you have it taken out o not." I was kind of shocked because it literally shut down the conversation about my knee. I asked if I get a cortisone shot for my right knee and he gave me a pamphlet of something that might be better and I asked could it get it now and he said no my insurance… company had to authorize. And that was it. I knew that an mri would be ordered but not a timeline, not any indication of anything. I felt horrible and insignificant. I asked for another dr and then found out dr palomino was an owner which says a lot about the clinic it think. I asked to get me files back after talking to the CEO and he said they would be ready on Wed. I called on Thurs. They weren't ready and they had to look around for the disc of xrays add then informed me that I would be picking up on another floor. I called because it is painful to walk as both knees are in sleeves and I feel very unstable. I didn't want to waste a trip there. I was told files had to be picked up on another floor. I just don't think these people get that it is painful to get out of your car and shop up for an apt and have it be useless and then find out that no one mentioned that you would have to pick up your files on another floor. I have to seek care somewhere else and wait for another appt.

I wouldn't let any other Dr. do surgery on me. He is an excellent overall surgeon. He does your surgery when necessary and gets you back to work as soon as possible.

dr palonino did both my husbands shoulder surgery and my 13 yr old daughters knee surgery. really like him and would recommend him highly.
