Dr. Victoria Kosonike Nwosu, MD

When I called to see if Dr Neosu was in network with my insurance company and was assured that they were. When I received my statement of benefits from Humana it stated they were out of network. I called back and they insisted that they were. Long story short they hadn’t updated their paperwork with Humana. I was told they would accept what Humana paid would be payment in full. Then I received a notice from a collection agency. I called and was assured once again that I would not be responsible for the difference. Today I received a message saying I needed to pay even though they made the error. a DON’T go there.

My wife suffered a serious concussion and had to be transported to Harris downtown Fort Worth hospital. Dr. Nwosu along with the entire staff provided next level care. I was extremely impressed. Dr. Nwosu spent time describing the injury and laying out expectations. I was pleasantly surprised when her best case scenario proved true and my beloved wife made a near miraculous recovery. It's nice to have a doctor who listens to you. Takes what I say serious, and doesn't talk down to me.

The staff is very professional, knowledgeable and personable. I am extremely pleased with Dr.Nwosu and her staff members

She didn't like that I had researched my own condition. It's marked in my file. She told me after I explained what happened that "that's not possible" when I'M THE ONE WITH THE CONDITION! She wasn't even enrolled in the program that she HAS TO BE in order to get me the ONLY MEDICINE THAT WORKS for that condition. I found that out later, ON MY OWN. What a waste of time and money. What a waste of a degree. What a waste.

Stay away from her!

Angela, the assistant, did not inform me that I had to bring the MRIs to the appointment, so the appointment with Dr. Nwosu was pretty much a waste of time. When she was brought in to discuss, she didn't accept responsibility and didn't apologize. When I called back to get some information from her, she was very rude and unprofessional. She ended up hanging up on me.
