She is in the wrong job. She should not be seeing patients. She may be a very intelligent person, but she is a horrible care provider. She has no interest in the patient or what the patient is feeling or experiencing. She talks down to you, over you and generally ignores you then creates a report that is totally devoid of reality.

Dr. Kulkarni epitomizes all that is wrong with the VA. She was totally unprepared for my examination and had already made up her mind before she even met with me. She spent about 8 minutes with me and most of that time was arguing with me about the extent of my injuries when she had never actually seen my medical records. When I read her report I felt violated. It was a complete fabrication. She reported spending 60 minutes with me and that I told her I was fine, etc, etc. Virtually everything she wrote was bull honky.

She doesn't speak english very well and is difficult to understand. She was pushy and not a listener.
