Dr. Vienne Karen Murray, MD

I have been a patient of Dr. Murrays for several yrs. She is the most thorough and compassionate Dr. i have ever had. Recently it have been experiencing a post menopausal problem . I was given an appt. for an ultrasound and an endometrial biopsy, the very next day. Still waiting on biopsy results, but Dr. Murray proved again to be the best Dr. i could ask for. She is truthful, and knows just how to ease my anxiety. Whatever the outcome, i am confident that i am in good hands.

Dr. Murray is very attentive and caring. I feel that I get her full attention when I am there for my appointment. My only suggestion would be to make staff more accessible to answer questions on prescriptions and things. I always have to leave a message, never talk to anyone, and sometimes they never even call back.

When I called the office to set up my 1st OB appointment as a new patient, I received an answering service recording and had to leave a message, although it was well within office hours that I was calling. I did not receive a call back until 2 days later. When I attended the appointment, the receptionist who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. Dr Murray was nice enough and spent a lot of time with me. The staff member at check-out was very evidently disgruntled and when we asked how she was, she replied that "today has gone to h*ll in a hand-basket" and was very flustered. I'm a stickler for customer service and don't feel that a "bad day" should be shown to the customer. I had to call yesterday about scheduling a procedure outside of the office and was told a nurse would call me back -- it is almost close of business today and I have yet to receive a return call. I plan to switch to another practice before my next OB appointment.

i am seeing Dr Murray right now and i must say she is the best Doctor so far. She gives you hope she calls and check on you.

I highly recommend Dr. Murray. She is very compassionate and thorough. when I've had questions through my pregnancy she does a wonderful job easing my concerns and providing concrete answers. She calls and follows up when I have had complications. We are very comfortable and happy under her care.

Dr. Murray is the best. I don't think I fully appreciated this until I started to venture into the world of pediatricians. She always takes the time to review my chart, and asks thoughtful questions. Eventhough my results were negative, on the few occasions I had to have special tests she called me personally to go over the results. She was unable to deliver my baby, but she called my cell phone the night I delivered to check in. I've never met a doctor who cared so much for their patients.

From check in to check out I was very happy with my visit. Dr. Murray sat and took the time to go over everything with me. She answered most of my questions before I had gotten a chance to ask. She was very kind. I highly recommend seeing her!
