My husband and I have been a patient of doctor Ratios for quite some time. In the beginning we had no issues with his care for us, but recently it is a whole different story. He is always at least 45 minutes to an hour late every time for my appointment. When he finally comes in he does not take the time to go over everything with you, is rushed and then leaves. What finally made me write this review was that my husband had an appointment with Dr Rathi and he knew he was running a little late which ended up being exactly 11 minutes late. I called them 20 minutes before his appointment and let them know he would be a little late and they said that was ok he was the last patient of the day. When he got there they informed him that doctor Rathi had already left for the day. My husband really needed to see the doctor and he could not even wait to see him, which blows my mind after all the times we both have had to wait for him over the years. I a currently looking for a… cardiologist who cares and takes the time with his patients.
