Terrible Billing Department – Beware! Dr. Sachar was great—knowledgeable and kind. The ultrasound technicians were mostly nice, and the front office staff was polite. However, the billing department is an absolute nightmare! When I arrived, I was asked to pay a copay. I specifically asked if they had verified this with both my primary and secondary insurances, and they assured me they had. After my visit, I called my insurance, only to find out I should not have been charged a copay at all. When I contacted the billing department, they admitted they had NOT actually reached out to my insurance. Even though they acknowledged their mistake, they refused to refund my money right away. Instead, they decided to hold onto it until previous visit claims were processed, which could take who knows how long! How does that make any sense? They made the mistake, yet I’m the one who has to wait indefinitely to get MY money back? It’s completely unacceptable. If you’re considering this office,… beware of the billing department’s shady and incompetent practices. I will definitely think twice before returning!

The terrible organization is clear RIGHT off the bat. Their waiting room is packed (hello covid and pregnant ladies?!), I’m told they’re running 45 min behind, and the music is way too loud in the waiting room. They had an offer to wait in my car, but no thanks...I just want to get seen. I’m on my lunch break, this is unacceptable to me.

Although Dr Sachar's service was fine, the office staff was incompetent and costs me time and money. The wait time was always long, and on one visit, I left after 45 minutes of waiting and being told I would have to wait at least 2 more hours. I was charged a copay for a visit where their tech did not get an acceptable ultrasound and was charged again when I came back for a second try. I was also charged for a visit which only consisted of taking my blood pressure. Lastly, I received a bill for an additional unpaid copay, which was not correct. The office would not work with me and instead sent my bill to a collection agency. I would never recommend this office to anyone. Way too many headaches and definitely not worth what they cost me.

Very poor bedside manners and horrible communication skills!

Dr. Sacher and his team are very friendly, patient, and informative. I have a history of high risk pregnancies and a miscarriage, He was very sincere and understanding. Just visiting their office made my prenatal experience pleasent. Highly recommend Dr. Vikas Sacher!
