Vince A. Penesis, D.D.S.
Dr. Vince Penesis was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. He graduated Magnum Cum Laude from Loyola University of Chicago with a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 1995. During his undergraduate studies he worked as a microbiology/immunology support technologist and phlebotomist at Central DuPage Hospital. He graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry in 2002, and completed his two-year post-doctoral residency in the specialty of endodontics in 2004.
Upon completion of his residency, Dr. Penesis went into private practice. He also continues his academic affiliation with the University of Illinois doing his research in the department of Endodontics.
He is a member of the American Dental Association, American Association of Endodontists, Illinois State Dental Society, Illinois Association of Endodontists, Chicago Dental Society, Hellenic Dental Society, Edgar D. Coolidge Endodontic Study Club and West Suburban Dental Study Club.
…Dr. Penesis enjoys spending time with his wife Kelly and their two children Alexia and Evan. In his spare time, Dr. Penesis also enjoys golfing, tropical fish and the Cubs.

Outstanding endodontist. Highly professional and calming. I have a history of gagging, and he was able to complete my root canal with no gagging, or any other issues whatsoever. Great experience and excellent result.

Dr Penesis recently completed the repair of a root canal gone... BAD! VERY BAD!!! Not only is Dr Penesis extremely knowledgeable but is systematic in his approach to solving the problem. Additionally, he takes the time to ensure his patients and their family know exactly what is going to happening before, during and after the procedure. His staff is delightful and extremely proficient in the care of their patients. My procedure was done with a local anesthetic and I can tell you the only discomfort I felt was my position in the dental chair. (Minor discomfort) I recommend without qualification Dr. Vince Penesis and his staff.

Dr. P and his staff were phenomenal!!! I contacted them on Friday morning and they took me at the end of the day. The staff and the Dr. were scheduled to leave, but, they took me in with open arms and were fantastic.!! Highly recommend!!

Dr.Penesis was extremely gentile, has great deal of knowledge and experience. I was apprehensive going to have a root canal but, he did this with ease and no pain. I was very pleased with his work and knowledge.

I like how he explains everything . Excellent job on my root canal..i called in the morning and was in their office that same day. Very caring Dr. and the staff.

Dr penenisis Did not want to perform a root canal due to my regular dentist could not finish said I was better off pulling the tooth and putting in a post went to another endodontic specialist and he finished it with not any problems at all I believe that this place only cares about how much money you want to spend not about patent care! Look around first.
