Dr. Vincent Lind Fromke, MD

I saw Dr. Fromke back in 1983 after being sent back from living three years in Africa. I had an unusual health history, very complicated so when I returned with splenomegaly, thrombocytopenia, land other presenting symptoms it proved to be a real challenge for him but his diagnostic abilities were phenomenal. As a researcher with his own lab at the time, he was extremely insightful and helpful as he worked hard to diagnose my mystery illness. After several months of extensive testing and hospitalization, he finally discovered the cause. Dr. Fromke was a compassionate Christian doctor who had empathy for his patients. He spent time with each person and felt deep concern for those entrusted to him. He had a wonderful bedside manner, brilliant mind, and was very polite and courteous. After a decade or more, to my deep disappointment, he moved to Tennessee. We lost contact after he moved but I think about him periodically and would love to let him know how well I have done in the… last 8 years after I turned to alternative/integrative medicine which I tampered with shortly during his latter days of medical practice in the Minneapolis area before he moved. I can't recommend him highly enough. I can only imagine that with additional years of experience he must be outstanding in his field. He is a doctor that i will never forget and wish was still located in the Minneapolis area. An excellent researcher and diagnostician with a wonderful bedside manner who cares, really cares about his patients.

Dr. Fromke was truly a caring and compassionate physician when I saw him in Minneapolis. He diagnosed a very difficult condition when I was forced to return from Africa due to suspicious health problems. I missed him terribly when he moved to Tennessee. He is an ethical and morally driven Christian physician.
