Dr. Vincent Nathan Jarvis, MD

I used to be a patient of dr. Jarvis I miss him very much he was and still is a wonderful doctor and he is a good friend I miss him a lot because I live five hours New York City and I had to go move on to a different doctor I pray and I hope could I ever move back to New York City that I will return with dr. Vincent Jarvis he was one of the best doctors I've had in my entire life thank you dr. Jarvis. Alberto Raimo fry.??

Absolutely useless staff who lie about filling prescriptions. Absolutely useless doc. Wants insurance money.

I have been seeing Dr. Jarvis for a few years now in Manhattan, and I was surprised to read the other review. Dr. Jarvis has always been pleasant and prompt with me, even when I am late. I appreciate his calm demeanor and his practical approach. If I don't have any questions, he doesn't detain me. When I have a problem or need information, however, he goes over everything with me thoroughly. He cares and he's a real person; my only complaint is that he's busy and sometimes has to reschedule appointments. I have been going to Medical Associates since before Dr. Jarvis came, mostly due to the kindness of the office manager, Diana. Although some of the other people working there get confused easily, Diana always figures everything out.

Dr. Jarvis is a nice guy. No question. After a few years of seeing him off and on, he still doesn't really know who I am or why I was visiting him for any given appointment. I never really feel like he is truly that interested in me personally, and he is quick to prescribe meds. I always spend time wondering why I'm taking medical advice from a man who needs to take better care of himself. I have a few pounds to lose, but he's got a lot to lose. It's hard to listen to him telling others to lose weight, when he himself needs to lose a lot of weight.Time to find a new doctor.
