I am a relatively new patient to Dr, Kau's office and on my second visit he confirmed himself as both careless and curt in his treatment of me as a patient. I will not be back; however, I was determined to find time to post a review of my less than satisfactory experience since there was not an opportunity to do so directly, in his office via a customer comment cards. During each of my visits with Dr. Kau, he presented himself with an air of arrogance that left me feeling as if nothing I had to say about my ailment was of importance to him and that moreover, perhaps I had even made up my symptoms. I felt rushed and cut-off in my consultations with him, a sentiment underscored by the manner in which he repeatedly rolled his eyes while cutting me off mid-sentence -- eyes that he could barely keep open due to an obvious lack of sleep. In all, he seemed more invested in typing on what I will assume was his new ipad than building any sort of sustainable doctor-patient relationship with me.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kau for the past three years. I highly recommend him to anyone.
