Dr. Vincent Joseph Russo, MD

Dr Russo has been my Ortho Dr for about 30 years. He has fixed broken bones and replaced joints. He spends enough time with you to make you feel very comfortable . He follows in his Fathers footsteps, as his Son follows his! Great family!

Excellent physician. I came back for my second knee replacement.

My time with Dr. Russo was good. I had to wait for almost an hour and a half before I got to see him. An x-ray of my shoulder was taken but was not available at the time we meet. I had the MRI results taken the week prior at another facility, these were used in our discussion.

I had an injured tibia and wanted to be seen to make sure I had no infection or fracture. Dr. Russo ordered an x-ray and examined my leg. He said it looked good and no fracture. I was happy that I had not done more damage and that time would heal my wound. Dr. Russo has a kind and gentle way of treating patients and I left the office knowing that with his advice I would be OK. Thank you Dr. Russo.

Where to start with this review? I could cut to the chase and just say, "He's the best", but that would leave too much to the imagination. Without trying to exhaust every superlative in the dictionary, suffice it to say, he knows his stuff and his surgical skill set is second to none. His level of care before, during and after the procedure couldn't have been better. Couple all of this with the fact that his entire staff is equally as professional, friendly and competent and you've got a perfect team. If you've been told that you need to have your knee looked at by an orthopedic surgeon, your first call should be to Dr. Russo. He's performed two total knee replacements on me in the last five months, and I'd highly recommend him to any friend or relative. I know he'll be my surgeon until he retires. BTW - I caution you to take any negative review of Dr. Russo (if you can find any) with a grain of salt.

Dr Russo was very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He explained the source of my symptoms, reviewed my x-rays, and recommended resolutions.

I had several neighbors that consulted Dr. Russo for knee replacements and were very satisfied with the knee replacements. On my first visit last week, it was determined that I needed both knees replaced. I requested an alternate solution, because of my heart condition. Dr. Russo willingly suggested I try gel shots in my knees to determine if that would alleviate some of my problems with my knees. I was very satisfied with Dr. Russo and would recommend him for your knee replacement requirements.

I have been a patient of Dr. Russo for over 12 years. I would highly recommend him. He has a great disposition and really devotes considerable time in addressing my concerns and health issues. I don’t feel like just another number but truly feel like I get the attention I expect from a concerned physician.
