Office staff is lost. Booked me on back to back days made a scheduling error and told me to find a new dentist not much professionalism.

Just last week I called to ask why I am being charged a certain amount of money. Instead of addressing my question, Jenifer went off on me with an emotional tsunami. Wow, this is a front office worker?????And the dentist tolerates it????? I read the reviews from before to find out that I am not alone complaining about her. She not only behaved like a three year old, she repeated three times that I am "free to go to another dentist". How good is that for business in that office??? Then, two days later, I broke a crown and called to make an appointment. Jenifer refused to make the appointment until I tell her why I want to see the dentist. I asked her why she wants to know, she blurted angrily "because just yesterday you were complaining". Really???, I did not know I was in Cuba where dictators rule. I felt that the dentist wants to know and tried to talk to him, but he is always surrounded by the women in the office. Though I am an upfront person, I decided instead of… talking to anyone there and waste my time, I took Jenifer's advise and I easily found a better office. Sorry Dr. Foto. If you are not getting rid of these women who provide such bad service, they are getting rid of your patients.

Pondfield Dental is a great office all around. Both Drs Vito Foto and Francis Turturro are excellent dentists. Both are caring, compassionate and extremely talented. They both make each dental visit easy and calming. They both take the time to explain what we are doing during the procedure. I also have high praise for the assistants and office staff. Everyone is always very welcoming, warm and friendly. Jennifer, the office manager, is always extremely helpful and knowledgeable when discussing or helping me understand my insurance benefits. On numerous occasions she has advocated to my stingy insurance company on my behalf. I would 100% recommend this office to my family and friends

Dr. Foto and Dr. Turturro are both great dentists. Their staff members are very helpful and always do their best to try and get you in when they can. I highly recommend this office!!

I had dental bonding done by Dr. Foto, and the bonding was not very good. Dr. Foto is not skilled in cosmetic bonding. He might be fine for general dentistry but not cosmetic work.

Dr Foto and his staff are wonderful. I am a very nervous patient (chicken) I feel very comfortable and at ease in Dr. Foto's office My mother is now patient as well.
