Dr. Vivian Magdi Gindi, MD

If you really need a doctor do not waist your time w/Dr. Vivian Gindi. At my first visit I was impressed, I thought she is really nice. She said she will sign all papers needed for my care. My condition is very serious. Later she dumped me (I don't know the exact reason). She saw me only once. She cut off my home care, the physical therapy that I really needed to recover. She didn't care about me at all. She kept mentioning to my relative that she went to medical school, and doesn't want to deal w/any insurances. My relative has more knowledge about medicine (w/out working in medical field) than this doctor. You don't feel that you are talking w/a doctor. She doesn't even know what the transport chair is. She is very arrogant. My relative had to push her to sign referrals to see specialty doctors I really needed. Some of the staff in the office is nice, we know them for years, and this doctor's father and mother too. We didn't expect their daughter to be like this. Her… license should be taken away from her for what she did to me. She does not even want to waist her time to talk about important staff concerning the patient's health, pretending she is busy and runs away, making you feel really bad and not welcome to this office. I wonder that some review writers say that they had fun talking to her. She is hardly in the office. A lot of times the staff does not transfer your phone call to talk w/her, and gives you a big run around. Or they transfer but then your call gets disconnected after waiting on line for a long time. A lot of times they don't even answer the phone. Do not waist your time and your money for this doctor or clinic. There are way better doctors around.
