Dr. Vivian Naphtali Greenberg, MD

I stayed with Dr Greenburg for many years, until her retirement the end of 2018. Her compassion and dedication were appreciated. She diagnosed my breast cancer when Doylestown Hospital's radiology dept misdiagnosed me and told me to stop talking/bothering them about rereading my first mammogram. I was only 37 at the time and had a toddler. When she couldn't drain my 'cyst' (because it was actually solid) she got me an appt 2 days later at a breast surgeon. I appreciated the speed and the follow up. That year was a bear, but I survived invasive cancer, chemo and all of it because she would not take no for an answer from Doylestown radiology who kept insisting that an ultrasound wasn't necessary and they don't make mistakes. Doylestown even contacted my insurance carrier Aetna to say I was too young for a mammogram to be covered at the time and so they denied me coverage and I had to pay out of pocket. Even after showing them their own films after my 6th surgery and seeing the red… circled tumors and Dr notes they refused to admit they made a mistake and never read my mammogram at all! I will never set foot in Doylestown Radiology again. I am still alive today because of Dr. Greenburg. She was a gem of a doctor and is sorely missed.

Found Dr. Greenberg 30 years ago when my wife was considered a SUPER HIGH RISK patient,,,,,after many tries (and miscarriages) ...We were finally blessed with a beautiful healthy fullterm daughter We credit Dr. Greenberg, her knowledge and selfless compassion .... My wife was hospitalized many times during the pregnancy,Dr. Greenberg successfully advocated for us with the insurance company and the Hospital administration to provide my wife with the best care possible.....when the time grew near she never left my wifes side even though it was the Christmas Holiday season........We Recommend Dr. Greenberg highly,,,and thank God for bringing her into our lives............Howard, and Debra Zane...Coatesville, Pa.

One of the most knowledgable DR's I've met. Really cares about my needs, as well as other patients. I have brought my daughter to her. She always returns my calls no matter the time. Would refer her to anyone

The Abington WomenCare office is filthy! Nurses and staff were eating fast food around the office, while talking to patients and while prepping instruments. Stains all over the carpets, walls, garbage on the floor. Dr.Greenberg was terrible for my new patient annual. She never introduced herself, was incredibly short and rude, never asked any medical history questions and argued with me when I told her I was done with having children. During my exam she never once notified me of her next step ("I'm going to do this now" ) as every ob/gyn I have been to has. She left instruments in me in order to do paperwork and prepare tests, and had to ask me "what's your name?" When writing down my information on test paperwork. In addition, she had patients medical charts, test results and records in plain view of other patients. This is the worst OB/GYN office I have ever been to and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Greenberg is very knowledgeable, spends time with her patients and has excellent follow-up. Only problem is wait time.

Dr. Greenberg delivered my pre-mature son almost 24 years ago by C-section. She was wonderful. She stayed with me to calm my fears. This was my 2nd c-section & 4th child. At that time she was a very careing Dr. I would hate to think she has lost the eagerness to be a great DR. She even gave my son a bib that read. I got my 1st hug from DR.Greenberg. I hope Vivian is reading these post & will take a look at what has gone wrong & work to change things. Thank yo Vivian for all you did for me & my son. He has grown into a fine youmg man & now serves his country in the US Air Force.

I always received top notch care.

My appointment with Dr. Greenberg was for 10am. At 11am I FINALLY got in to see her, only for her to briefly introduce herself to me and then leave to let me get changed. I had no opportunity to share any family history, concerns, or questions with the doctor. During the exam the doctor was extremely rushed, cold, and did not seem like she cared about whether or not I was comfortable. Afterwards I wanted to ask a few questions but I was met with raised eyebrows and a look that could kill. I left unsatisfied and feeling like Dr. Greenberg couldn't care LESS about me as a patient. I would never recommend her to ANYone.

Im not impressed she's a mess.

The two locations for this dr. especially the office in Abington Hospital are filthy! Check out the stirrups! Gross! Needs to be reported to the PA Board of Health. Will push procedures on patients that are not covered by Medicare and present you with a hefty bill. Take advantage of senior citizens.
