As your clinician, my goal is to meet you where you are and to assist you with fastening the tools that you need to reach your personal and professional goals. We will work collaboratively to determine your treatment objectives and to make real-time adjustments to your campaign. During your initial visit, we will explore your intentions and identify your goals for therapy. My practice style is to use an integrative approach to assist my clients in understanding that they are the greatest agent for change, progress, and growth. I have spent the past 7 years training in psychology and mental health and earned a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2018. At present, I am a Ph. D. student for Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis.

Currently, I serve clients across the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Licensed Professional …Counselor (LPC). I enjoy working with individuals of all ages (from children and adolescents, teenagers, adults, and the elderly), as well as couples, families, and groups on diverse issues (e. g. , life changes and day-to-day experiences, stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, psychosis, psychosomatic, gender issues, LGTBQ+ issues, substance abuse, eating disorders, personality, disruptive behaviors, and so much more). I have a certification in working with clients who have experienced trauma and have extensive crisis training.
