Dr. Vivian Negar Shirvani

My family and I were so lucky to have such a dedicated, professional, and compassionate doctor take care of my mom. I can easily say that Dr. Vivian Shirvani is one of the best infectious disease doctors in Los Angeles (having dealt with several others for my grandma’s surgeries). She successfully treated my mom’s badly-infected shoulder, and without hurting her already-damaged kidneys! What truly stood out was Dr. Shirvani’s incredible bedside manner! She would visit my mom in the hospital every day to make sure she was recovering properly and also to make sure she is HAPPY. Honestly....NO other doctor takes the time to ease your frustrations or make you feel like family. Dr. Shirvani made sure to reply quickly to all my emails and calls. Thank you for being who you are and for all that you did for my mom over the past 4 months.

Worst experience having to deal with a billing for "being treated" by a doctor I don't even remember. Wrote a check, was told it was lost and wouldn't be cashed. Wrote another check and they cashed both at the same time. Then refused to refund the money saying that there was a second billing (never even received) that they needed to collect on. Almost a year later, my insurance has already paid, and still no check back. All for a doctor I'm not even sure I saw when in the hospital. Find someone else!
