The worst office staff and accounting department. Walked out today and looking forward to a better chemo experience with a new doctor and a new office. Don’t let the accounting people bully you if you decide to go there.

Both Dr nishimoto and the chemo nurse are excellent. The office staff is terrible. I have had problems with them from the beginning. I am going to discuss it with the doctor on my next visit.

Dr. Nishimoto asked all the right questions and actually listened to me without rejecting my complaints. He explained everything to me that I needed to know to make my decision, and he respected what I chose. He gave me a thorough examination and I left feeling that I could not ask for more from an Oncologist. I feel blessed to be under his care.

Excellent Doctor

This is the worst so called Dr. In the work if you Value your life..dont go to this so called Dr. He absolutely does not care about his patients only in it for the money. He has a terrible attitude for a Dr. He should be investigated for his practices. God have mercy on his soul

Terrible doctor.... Go into LA and find a Stanford trained oncologist -- this will probably save your life. Hey... I love Hawaii.... But when looking for answers on a condition that may be serious, I want a doc from Stanford or Harvard ( these specialists have practices throughout LA)--- not one from the university of Hawaii in El Segundo.
