Dr. Wagdy Salib Rizk, MD

The daily pain I was experiencing affected all aspects of my life. After two hip replacements, eight months apart, I have had no pain at all in my back, hips, or knees. I can do everything and anything I want now, thanks to the outstanding work of Dr. Rizk and his entire staff. He is a gifted surgeon who cares deeply about his patient's well-being. There is no need to go to Houston, when the best is right here close to home. I highly recommend Dr. Rizk.

After a total left knee replacement at Fondren, I developed "Patellar Clunk Syndrome". I should have gone to Beaumont Bone & Joint first as they did my right knee replacement almost 10 years ago and it has performed superbly. Anyway, for the left knee I decided to not go back to Fondren and instead have BB&J see what the problem was and offer a solution. Dr. Rizk agreed to see me and promptly diagnosed the condition. After physical therapy didn't resolve the condition, he performed arthroscopic surgery to remove the significant scar tissue causing the problem and that has solved the issue. I can now ride a bike, walk up and down stairs, eliminated pain and has generally made life much better. It was a pleasure working with Dr. Rizk, he was quite understanding and I can highly recommend his practice.

I have been seeing Dr Rizk for about six years for arthritis. He is a great surgeon. He is quiet, listens well, explains what he is going to. After wards he asks if you have questions. Three months ago he replaced my knee. With in a week I could walk without a walker. At 3 month & after physical therapy, my knee is working fine. I can bend more than 90 degrees. I can extend it fully. At this point, I will have to continue to exercise it.

Dr RIZK & his entire staff are wonderful. No need to drive to Houston. I will return to him with any other bone issues.

Prior to surgery Dr rist did two MRIs I saw him in the office he told me the right knee is the one that needs to be operated on but yet the MRI said the left knee so both knees were operated by him and I have complete nerve damage into the left foot below the knee after the surgery. Do not let this doctor operate on you because you are at risk of having permanent nerve damage and the operation being unsuccessful. I highly recomend Dr. Rizk for both knee replacement and hip replacement surgery. He did both my knees eight yrs. ago and I have not any problems. He did my hip surgery in Dec @019. I have been pain free for the first time in for yrs after hip surgery. He takes time to explain everything to you.

Dr. Rizk is a great doctor he uses the best products and equipment on his patents and the best Therapy available for his parents to help you heal. He was a God sent to me, now many of my friends and family have used him.

I worked over 46 years at a physically demanding job, and was in pretty good health and I didnt have complaints about my body in general, but after I retired my hip started hurting. Soon the pain was simply intolerable. I was accustomed to walking about five miles a day with my aging, but still feisty and very strong rat terrier. She can be a handful if you don't watch it. It got to the point where I just couldn't walk her anymore, and I couldn't take my morning walks. Something had to be done. I found Dr. Rizk and got evaluated and became a candidate for hip replacement. To be honest I was a little nervous maybe even reluctant about the procedure. I had all kinds of post care and quality of life questions. Each and every question was answered with affirmative responses, and so I went into the procedure with a bit more ease and came out on the other side even better than I was before. I dont have the debilitating pain, and reduction in motion from the original condition, and… my quality of life is restored. I am satisfied, and grateful that my trust and my health was in the care of Dr. Rizk and his professional staff. Thank you for everything Dr. Rizk. Now I have to go take my walk!! :)

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Rizk and his staff. I Thank God everyday for leading me to his office. I was in extreme pain for 13 years and he has taken all of that away. I can now look forward to my retirement years.doing the things I enjoy like riding my Bike. Thank You Dr. Rizk .
