I’ve been a longtime patient and there has been a repeated pattern of being turned away from care even when I had urgent symptoms. I was refused evaluation on multiple occasions, including when I was experiencing severe kidney stone pain and when I had a painful foot condition. I was told I could not be seen until routine lab work was completed, even though the issues had nothing to do with those labs. I ended up needing to go to the ER. Most recently, when I tested positive for a respiratory infection, I called early, spoke with the nurse, and provided all the information they asked for. Later, the office called back and said they had no record of the call and did not provide clear guidance or follow-up. The communication feels disorganized and dismissive. The consistent experience has been barriers to access, lack of continuity, and difficulty receiving timely care when it is actually needed.

A very good doctor and staff very friendly and Knowledgeable.
