after 7 weeks of hip pain, i visited Dr. Besser, got the right medication and i"m walking a lot better .

took my wife to see him waited 31/2 hours then he spent 5 minutes with her. HE NEEDS TO RETIRE WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT NEED TO FIND A NEW DR......UGG

los dos doctores que atienden son exelentes dedican tiempo al paciente y prestan mucha atencion a sintomas ,revisacion e indicaciones asi como explicar cual el el problema cual es el tratamientoy el porque En mi caso doce doctores anteriores no me habian prestado atencion y ellos si me la prestaron y descubrieron cual realmente era el problema. Son medicos que escuchan con paciencia amor y dedicacion y no son comerciantes yo pedia deseperada una inyeccion y me dijeron ,NO no es necesario con pastillas mejorara en dos dias y asi fue . son realmente exelentes de los medicos que ya casi no se encuentran

I having been seeing Dr. Besser for the last 4 years for treatment of a torn meniscus. The first 2 doctors I went to see before suggested I have surgery. Not Dr Besser. After viewing my MRI and taking the time to fully explain what needed to be done. I received a sinvicone shot that has now lasted 3 yrs. Dr Besser is patient, knowledge and understanding. But be prepared to wait hours before your seen. It's well worth it. People who has had surgery done by him give him high praises!

I love Dr. Bessel, He is the best doctor that I know . He helped me when I was ill and needed his help . I hope he will be around a long time to help people with their needs , and also if I need his help again in the near further. He deserves the very best in life. God be with him always in life and watch over him in his years ahead. He is to me a excellent doctor, to know and to have as my doctor. ð???

Dr. Besser ,is a wonderful ,skilled Dr . We are very lucky to have an orthopedic surgeon with his expertise in Astoria. He is truly the Best. You wait long ,but u get the Best.

The docotr, once i got in to see him after a five hour wait was very corteous and knowageable. His staff howver was the wosrt expeience with a doctors office staff I have ever had. They were rude and disorganized. I had three appointments and at the end of my last visit he doctor told me to call the office the next day to get a prescription for a refill of medication he had previously prescribed. When I called the office the woman who answered the phone yelled at me when I asked for it and told me I would not be getting a prescription for the medication. I explained that the doctor had directed me to call and she said "No he didn't" but when I protested she said she would check with him. She never returned my call so after three days i called back and she very rudely told me she hadn't had time to check with him yet. I then found a new doctor got an emergency appointment and had the prescription that day. Dr. Besser's office never called me back about that prescription nor to… schedule surgery I was due to have (again the Doctor told me his office staff would be contacting me about it). Never agin would I go to Doctor Besser's office.
