I am so very disappointed! I saw Dr. Brogan at the Heart Hospital mEmergency Ward during Labor Day week-end in Sept., 2023. After testing, he found that I did not have heart trouble. Told me if I needed him in the future to contact him. I had a very good impression of Dr. Brogan, and would like to have him as my cardiologist, and I do need him now. Apparently, his office staff is not concerned about returning calls to people who want to make an appointment. I have called and left a very clear message 3 times on June 24, June 26 and June 27, and I have still not been contacted! If he is not taking new patients, his staff needs to call people back and let them know. Whatever happened to administrative staff work ethics and being customer focused?

Dr. Brogan goes over everything in detail so the patient has a clear understanding of exactly what is going on. Before every test he conducts he explains what the test is, what information the test can provide and then follows up with the results.

I have worked in medical field for most of my life and Dr. Brogan is one of the best. He listens and explains procedures and life plans well. Wait time is reasonable and ease of appointment is great.
