Dr. Walter Cesar Guarino, MD

I’ve been seeing Dr. G for three years now. I could never ask for a better doctor. He’s kind, compassionate, always picks up his phone no matter what time if you need him. He’s helped me work through and learn to control my anxiety. I used to have panic attacks all the time and was consumed with stress and fear. I’ve recently only had one in six months. After seeing him I feel like myself again and am starting to begin to become confident and blossom into who I’m meant to be. I drive an hour both ways to see him each month. He treats his patients like family.

I have been working with Dr. Guarino for about a month now. I am amazed with how flexible and available he has been to me to make sure my medications are working well for me. I would definitely recommend him as he is very knowledgeable and available which is rare to find in a psychiatrist.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Guarino for about two years and highly recommend him! He’s extremely knowledgeable, professional, and experienced. I’ve had too many unfortunate experiences with other various medical professionals in my lifetime. But I feel very understood and comfortable with Dr. Guarino and his expertise. He takes the time to explain and converse while many other doctors I’ve seen have generally been dismissive of significant and relevant matters. He never fails to be a wonderful and accommodating doctor who genuinely cares.

My first visit to Dr Guarino was a pleasant experience. He was reassuring, answered my questions patiently and lightened my visit with a sense of humor. I would recommend him to anyone needing a doctor who is calming and attentive.

IF I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. unprofessional, accused me of dr shopping when I saw him one time. Tried to extort money from me in exchange for a prescription refill. HEALTH GRADES RATINGS ARE FAKE AND HIGHLY SOLICITED. BEWARE OF THIS HORRIBLE DR. HE SHOULD LOSE HIS LICENSE.

Unprofessional when I told him of my previous medications taken and said I needed a tranquilizer. My previous doctors had given me my medications and never said such a thing. He said this over text. I thought that was very mean to say to someone wigh PTSD and anxiety disorders.

Dr G is not only a true professional but also has a heart of gold and really cares about his clients and their families. He ALWAYS makes time for his patience and makes himself avaiable even at a last minute request. He has years of experience behind him and yet is still willing to learn and embrace changes. We feel so lucky to have met him and would recommend him to any friend or person of need. It is so hard to find the right Doctor in this particular profession, and Dr G is it!

I was in his office with minor complaints yesterday, he patiently listened my problem and explained in details.He never rushed me to finish to take next patient. He takes time n listen very carefully and speak very politely. I 100% recommend to see and visit this doctor if you have any issue.
