Dr. Wayne David Hey, DO

Something to be aware of if you use this person as your urologist. A CT scan revealed a 3 cm mass on my right kidney. Dr. Hey's office referred me to Arlington Medical City for the biopsy. People at Arlington Medical City told me the pathology report would be ready in about 1 week. I never got any calls letting me know the result of the biopsy. I called Dr Hey's office a week and a half later to ask if they received any information about the biopsy. A lady said they had the report, but did not know when it was received. Dr. Hey's office never called telling me they had the pathology report. If I hadn't called them, would they have ever called me?? The lady said I must have an appointment to either come in, or make an appointment by phone for someone to give me the results, and the next appointment is one week later. I was surprised and upset for Dr. Hey's office not treating my health with any urgency. I waited 11 extra days after the pathology lab sent the report to Dr Hey, not… knowing the results.

Dr Hey Jr helped me with issues I was having .. He treated me with respect and listened to my concerns you don’t find Dr.’s who listen to patients as much anymore .. I no longer needed to go Dr Hey Jr but I highly recommend him to those looking for an awesome urologist.

I am a new patient of Dr. Hey this past week. I read great reviews of his service, and I agree that I was also very impressed of his knowledge. I was also very impressed of his posted Christian testimony. I look forward having him to resolve my medical issues.
