Dr. Wayne Cary Sandler, MD

Has had my back for years.Good man.

Sure he’s highly regarded and has helped numerous individuals but few of the patients were every seniors with dementia issues. The man has zero tolerance/patience for the elderly. Don’t waste your time or money seeking helped for a loved one suffering from geriatric related mental distress. He could care less than a flying “F” but he will take your money for nothing.

After all the other psychiatrists deliberated, over-medicated and "experimented", Dr. Sandler quickly assessed the malady and began effective treatment.

My son was an opioid addict and had been through treatments with short-lived results. We thought we were going to lose him. Dr. Sandler provided the therapy that worked for him along with the proper medication for him to get through cravings and difficult spells. Our family sessions were very productive and I could see why Dr. Sandler was able to help him in a way no one else could

Prior to starting treatment with Dr. Sandler, I visited quite a few psychiatrists and other therapists with minimal results. Dr. Sandler's skills, commitment, understanding, and critical listening are unlike any other and allowed me to overcome issues that had plagued me for years. He is extremely bright and knowledgeable about emotional trauma, the recovery process, and appropriate medication and adjustments when needed. On quite a few occasions I felt the need to call him "after hours" and he made me feel comfortable and gave me the time I needed despite my disturbing his personal time. His office is beautiful and very well organized. He's always on time for our scheduled appointments.

Excellent - rare blend of Clinical as well as Psychopharmacology expertise. Does not put an overemphasis on medication and is an excellent clinician. Brilliant and compassionate.
