Dr. LoAllen received his medical degree from Albany Medical College in New York, followed by adult psychiatry training at UCLA and Greater Los Angeles VA, where he served as chief resident. He subsequently completed a fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at USC and Los Angeles General Medical Center, and pursued advanced training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy at New Center for Psychoanalysis in Los Angeles.

Dr. LoAllen brings a thoughtful, integrative approach to care, drawing on both psychopharmacology and psychotherapy to support each client’s unique needs. His approach to medication is judicious and individualized, and he places strong …emphasis on collaboration in developing tailored treatment plans.
