Waiting time was extremely too long. All Staff were not friendly at all. One of the Office manager Charlene Chai was very rude.

Excellent doctor who is very professional and knowledgeable. I really liked Dr. Bao. I strongly recommend friends to choose Dr. Bao. They open on Saturday too.

This is a great doctor. He is thorough, has a courteous staff, explains things and orders all tests needed for a proper diagnosis. Have been going to this doctor since 2007 and require monthly follow-up for a hyper-coagulation disorder. Average wait time has only been 10-15 minutes.I feel blessed to have Dr. Bao as my doctor.

I saw Dr Bao for first time to establish care since one of my friend recommend him. I had to wait for more than 2 hours even I had appointment. I told him that I had diabetes for long time that I need blood test since I haven't had one for over 2 years. He refused and said if you haven't died yet, your diabetes must be ok. I asked him how are you going to know how am I now. He just told me that I am your doctor and If I say you're fine then you're fine now get out of here and you're wasting my time. What an arrogant and rude doctor
