If you can go somewhere else I strongly suggest you do. I was asked to get there 30 min early, I did. Had to wait 2.5 hrs to be seen. Dr. Barely looked at me, disregarded my pain, dizziness when turning my head, my difficulty walking, and mris. Either he didn’t bother to look at my mris or doesn’t know how to read them. With all the pain meds I’m on I shouldn’t be in pain, but I am in pain. Even though I was wincing in pain he said I didn’t have pain. Dr (and I mean no disrespect to all the good, hard working doctors out there when I call him Dr) lied about the fact that my right arm is twice the size of my left arm. Said I had no swelling. If he had looked at all he would have noticed. Said he used devices to measure my movement. He did not. Commented that my gait was steady, after I barely could walk to and from the exam room, with a cane. When another Dr saw me said I needed to use a walker. Ignored the numbness on a large portion of my body and hypersensitivity in the… other part. Disregarded the deformation of the fingers on my right and left hand due to destruction of the joints in my hands post mva, and poor function of fingers on both hands or maybe he just didn’t look. Lied about what he did in the exam. Obviously not qualified to perform an exam. He must have been copying a form visit note, because the note does not reflect my condition. I have been a nurse for over 30 years and I have never seen such a blatant disregard for the hippocratic oath. The staff was very nice. The secretary filled out the forms for me. Writing causes extreme pain and is usually illegible. The nursing assistants helped me get on the exam table. If you have to go there, I suggest you tape your visits. I am glad I did.
