He is very disrespectful. He doesn't let the patient ask questions and say anything. The overall experience was terrible.

Horrible experience in office. Doctor disrespectful and arrogant. Does not listen to the patient. Pushes surgery (probably to make extra $$) and does not thoroughly explain the surgery.

Unprofessional and does not know how to communicate with patients. Highly dissatisfied and would not recommend!

poor staff, inaccurate reports sent to patient, lazy staff and doesn't answer phone calls. wait time was about 4 hours. The doctor even had a big argument with a patient and called patient in for treatment but tells him to leave without his treatment. do not go there for treatment. people and even the doctor do not care about the patients.

Dr. Cheung practices out of the Veteran's Administration in Brooklyn. I thought his demeanor, as a professional doctor to be nonchalant. His VA urology team swear by him and his abilities and experience when I raised concerned to them about his low ratings and my office experience with him. Nevertheless, I was at the mercy of the VA and wanted to remove a large 2.5 cm kidney stone. The Surgery seemed to go well, but this Dr. could only do surgeries at the VA on Mondays, I was admitted after the surgery, and did not come out until 4 days later. This Dr. did not showed his face one time during my stay, instead other Doctors from the VA urology team visit with me. As such I felt the communication was lacking and his caring for his patient a big zero.

I will not visit this doctor again. It was a long wait just for a short explanation of my results. He charged me three times my copay just for that. His assistants are rude and would not print me a copy of my results without paying them. I've never been to a doctor who refuses to give me my results without paying them to print first. If possible, I would give zero stars! Avoid this doctor!

Poor bedside manner. Patients unable to ask questions. Professional and HIPPA violations during visit. Physician not available for direct callback. Treatment instructions given by staff members in a waiting area with other patients. Instructions given by receptionist, no indication if the person was a medical assistant or nurse. Even if this is common practice, treatment procedures should be explained in a non public area. Would not recommend this physician.

Dr. Cheung has poor manners. I was there last month and wait time was a little over an hour, and then he gives you five minutes. He might be a good doctor, but his manners are so off putting that I will not return. He is rude and so terse and just wants to get you out of the his office. Does not care if you have questions and tells you what he needs to tell you in a pretentious manner....so now leave because your appointment is a waste of his time.
