Wendy McCray should not be anyone's option at all. If you have a choice to see someone else your best bet is to do so, because she does not listen to anything that you have to say. She gets a report from an outside agency that sends parents to her when they are the end of their case or are going for TPR hearings. She does not operate out of a professional or neutral point. She merely reads what she is given after talking to that agency, tests you, and bases her whole report of you all round what the agency states. All down to the way you learn, tying all up to what kind of parent you are and if she thinks the agency should continue to work with parent or not. She does this after getting the information from them first so very part of the reports has everything your paper already has in it. So, like the agency will tell you this is to coincide and confirm with what they have already decided. That was exactly what I was told before I went to her and that was exactly what I got from her.… She looked right past me when speaking to me as if I did not exist. After she refused my phone calls and would not return my messages. I finally called from a different number, and she refused to talk to or give me my results stating she was not paid by me, so she no longer had anything to do with me. She is not a safe woman.
