Dr. Wendy Dawn Rashidi, MD

REALLY, ONE SHOULDN'T HAVE URGENT CARE AS A PRIMARY PHYSICIAN BECAUSE YOU CAN'T GET IN. I HAD A UTI AND WENT TO URGENT ARE AT FOUR IN THE AFTERNOON. URGENT CARE CALLED DR. RASHIDI'S OFFICE, AND ASKED FOR ME IF I COULD GET AN APPT THE NEXT DAY. WITHOUT ASKING WHO I WAS OR WHAT MY MEDICAL NEED WAS, THE DR.'S OFFICE SAID THAT THERE WERE NO AVAILABLE APPTS. FOR TWO AND A HALF WEEKS. THE LAST TIME THEY WOULDN'T SEE ME ON A THURSDAY, AND NOW THEY ARE CLOSED ON FRIDAYS, SO THEY WERE LIKE, " ADIOS AMIGOS, IT'S YOUR PROBLEM, GO TO URGENT CARE" TYPE ATTITUDE. I DON'T KNOW WHY I WAIT AN HOUR OUT IN THE LOBBY WITH ONE OR TWO OTHER PEOPLE WHEN THERE ARE EMPLOYEES EVERYWHERE. THE LAST SEVERAL TIMES I'VE WAITED AN HOUR OR MORE, THEY PUT IN A ROOM AND YOU WAIT TWENTY TO THIRTY MORE MINUTES, THEN THEY SPEND FIVE MINUTES WITH YOU AND WONDER WHY YOU HATE GOING TO THE DR.

I see Mary Strubhar-Brown RN, MSN, FNP-C. She is very personable, goes over my labs with me each visit explaining the results. She listens to me. The only complaint I have is I wasn't able to share all the concerns I had. The staff are great. Nova, Neva? got promoted so I don't get to see her anymore. But the staff taking her place are nice also.

I feel like she really cares. She takes her time and she listens to you.

I wouldn't send any elderly patients to this office. Rashidi is to busy with her alternative cash-out of pocket- patients to really concentrate on her HMO patients. How does a doctor not know other specialist doctors a patient is seeing? Shouldn't a primary care have a list of the specialist doctors name, addresses, phone number on file? Impersonal... Next inline... There is more Negligence going on hear than healing. Find another office who recognizes all of you. Follows up with who you are as a person and your health!

I have been a patient of Dr Rashidi for over ten years. She is knowledgeable and cares deeply for her patients. Yes, you have to wait and often it takes a couple of months to get an appointment with Dr. Rashidi, but it is worth the wait in my opinion. She is holistic and looks at the whole person from diet to exercise, issues, lifestyle etc. I believe that I owe a good portion of my good health to Dr Rashidi and her influence of a healthy life. Part of the wait time is because Dr Rashidi spends time with each patient, you never get the feeling that she is in a hurry. She comes in and sits down to talk to you as a person. When I go to see her I expect to wait and bring along a book or work to do while I wait, because I know when it is my turn I will get the same one on one personal treatment as the patient before me.

I have not had the opportunity to meet Dr. Rashidi. There is a waiting list.I have been on the list for 4+ months.My appointments with an assistant Tricia has been superb. She is pleasant, caring and her patience is remarkable. As long as she is there I will continue my care with the medical group. The front office staff person does have the glow I prefer to see and feel. She isn't affable. The interactions I have had she tends to evade my requests.

I went for depression and headaches and overall hormone problems, her name was in my Insurance book but when you go in they tell you the visit is "HOLISTIC" and you have to pay $650 for the 1st visit and $425 for each visit after that, they state it is not covered by Insurance, the reason it is not covered is because she does this "creative" charges and does not give you a bill or anything you can send into insurance, she gave me regular hormone pills and sprays I got from a Pharmacy so tell me what is "holistic" about this. She is ripping patients off, I will not go back.

Excellent physician. Did a thorough exam and excellent at explaining options and alternatives.

In ten years I have had only one appointment with her. I cannot get an appointment to see her. It is a wait of 4 - 6 months! Ridiculous. I see her nurse practitioner. I will be looking for another doctor soon. Wait time in the office is 45 minutes to an hour on average.
