I have been his patient for 24 years. Through a series of surgeries he has been wonderful, explaining, answering questions, making me feel important and in competent hands. I cannot thank him enough!

I very much appreciate Dr. Brooks for his technical skills and straightforward manner. I don’t require or expect a warm bedside manner but I think Dr. Brooks would provide it if he perceived the need. We get on well. He has done three joint replacements for me in less than 2 years and I will be back if anything more is required in future.

He is always attentive and gives honest answers to your questions. He will explore all options of treatment and fully explain his preferences.

Dr. Brooks was great as he always is. The first time in all the years I’ve went to him that I’ve had such a long wait…1 hr 50 min wait in exam room .

Dr. Brooks has been my doctor for years. He has always been helpful kind in getting me back on my feet when he had to do surgery on my knees. He is an awesome doctor one that cares about his patients. This is an attribute that you do not find any more much in doctors these days his professionalism is beyond reproach. He always listens and he always comes up with a good solution, one that will work for you the patient in your best interest.

True professional This past November, I chose Dr. Brooks to do my total knee replacement. Prior to choosing him, I conducted my own research on this major surgical procedure. I had a couple of very negative experiences throughout my life (I'm 72) with medical professionals, so I did the necessary due diligence in asking for orthopedic referrals from friends/neighbors. When choosing a doctor, I could care less about his/her interpersonal skills, but place high priority on their technical abilities and their approach to the type of surgery and physical therapy needed if any. Not only does Dr. Brooks have exemplary interpersonal skills, his medical history and success rates are what led me to have him replace my knee! There are many other orthopedic surgeons in his office with great reputations so Emerge Orthopedic is my go-to facility for anything orthopedic.

I wasn’t sure about having knee replacement surgery, but Dr. Brooks very patiently explained how it was done and what I could expect afterwards. Now I am so glad that I did it. I feel great. I’m back on my treadmill and chasing after my grandkids again. Thank you, Dr. Brooks!
