Dr. Wesley Andrew Vaughan, MD

Dr. Vaughn was the beat obgyn I’ve seen, and his nurses are amazing. I never felt like he was rushing out of the room and he always took time to answer all my questions and make sure I understood everything. His nurses always called back the same day within an hour or so if i had questions. And even when my pregnancy got complicated he was calm and helped me stay calm.

One of the best doctors I’ve had my whole pregnancy. He’s always on his stuff and takes his time with you and is very patient and sweet.

So first it takes his office all day to answer the phone, and when I finally do get someone to answer the girl is extremely rude and immediately puts me on hold. When she comes back I explain that I am 24 weeks pregnant, and I need to get set up with a doctor. She tells me that that she wont even make me a appointment, that first I have to drive 25 minutes into their office, sign a release for them to get my medical records from a OLD doctor that I no longer see, wait for the doctor (who wasn't even in the office today) to go over my medical records and that if he wanted to "accept" me they would call me back and set up a appointment. EXSCUSE ME? I am 6 months pregnant. I do not currently have a doctor. This office literally REFUSED to even set up an appointment until I jump through their hoops first??? Since when does it work like that??? This office is extremely unprofessional am I am appalled by their lack of willingness to serve patients. Obviously they don't take their job very… seriously. Save your time and go to a doctor that actually gives a **** about patients.
