Terrible service! Very sad to see that the doctor does not care that his office does whatever they want and treat patients who have been coming for over years like they don't matter and they cancel their appt's only because they treat you rude on the phone and you treat them the same way back. because we are tired of getting misstreated. I agree with all the negatives reviews here.

Dr. Abrams takes the time to listen and answer every question and concern.

Dr. Abrams really cares about his patients and his NP Layda Labiste is awesome. Love a place that thinks outside of the box and it's just not about giving you pills to take.

I make appointment and 2/3 times he’s out of the office and I have to come back.

I've been seeing him for about ten years now. After a lifetime of doctors that were in and out of office in 5 minutes or less I finally found one that wants to have a conversation. He truly wants to get to the source of problems and not simply treat the symptoms. Office staff has never billed my insurance wrong and is friendly when spoken to. I would recommend him to anyone, and have actually recommended him to many of my friends. The only thing I can say negatively is that calls for prescription refills sometimes go unanswered for a few days. If you are on top of your own prescriptions you won't find this to be a problem. I'm moving soon and won't have a problem driving across the county to keep him as my PCP.

The STAFF at this doctor's practice is pathetic, shabby and disrespectful. They will not hesitate to have you wait 1+ or 2 hrs. before you see the doctor (if you see him at all) . Find a more patient- centric Physician office.

Dr Abrams is Ok when you get to see him. its taken me over a year to get a follow up appointment with him. The staff is terrible with patients and no one cares. After begging for an appointment with him several times, they have the nerve to tell me they prefer to have more frequent follow ups!!! They cancel appointments last minute with no consideration of your time -- and they treat you like you're a crumb.

OFFICE STAFF WENT DOWN HILL FAST ... VERY RUDE IF YOUR LUCKY ENOUGH FOR SOME ONE TO PICK UP THE PHONE OR RETURN YOUR CALL AND YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT 2 MONTHS FOR AN APPOINTMENT ...LOL !!

Good staff and he is very good and listens to you.

Dr. Abrahams is a great doctor and the young ladies in the office are very helpful and take care of things immediately. Can't ask for more!
