Dr West Dr Alton and Nurse Shana are absolutely amazing crew. Caring and compassionate loving and do everything they can to find what is wrong with you.

If your sick, he can't put you in the hospital. The hospital kicked him off the staff. I heard he went to rehab.

absolutely DO NOT recommend! Dr left for emergency surgery and couldn't see patients yet they would not refund cash money that was paid for office visit! Told that dr was leaving for 3 week vacation the day after this emergency surgery and there was no one in the office that could write the prescription needed!

office is run down ,,,,, front desk is terrible,,,,med staff ok ,,,,, DR WEST WAS ALMOST ASLEEP WHEN HE WAS TALKING TO ME AND DID NOT SIGN MY PRESCRIPTION, HAD TO GO BACK AND GET HIM TO SIGN. TOOK A TOTAL OF 4.5 HRS TO GET 10 MIN WITH DOCTOR ... I WAITED 2.5 HOURS BEFORE NURSES CAME AND GOT ME,,,,,,

If you have a problem Dr. West will do his best in trying to find out what is wrong. He will run tests send you to doctors anything he thinks will help.Dr. West could use an office staff that knows they would not have a job if it wasn't for the patients then maybe they would treat the patients with more compassion and understanding when they are sick,

Dr West mind isn't on the health of his patients'. The staff isn't professional except for two nurses. Office is crowded with salesmen and they get 1000% of Dr Wests' attention. Office stinks of cooked food.
