I'm 60 years old and haven't had my eyes examined since I was a child. Since about age 44 I needed drugstore reading glasses for reading but my distance vision was fine. The last couple years at the most my distance vision was slowly weakening and my primary care doctor was always urging me to get a proper eye exam, just to make sure my eyes were at least healthy, with no disease. I went to see Dr Becker and was treated with unbelievable respect and kindness. The Doctor and his staff were all kind and courteous and didnt seem judgemental about me waiting so long to be examined. After a very thorough exam Dr Becker informed me that my eyes were healthy and gave me a choice between writing a prescription for bifocals or keep using the cheap reading glasses. He didnt want to spend my money! Since I'm used to readers he told me the exact strength to buy for reading and a much weaker strength for distance. Very kind of him not to push for the more expensive option! I may go back for a… prescription later but I'm going to try to just wear the cheap glasses for a while. It's good to know my eyes are healthy. I highly recommend Dr Becker to anyone who is having eye problems or just wants to make sure their eyes are healthy! Very kind and professional staff!

I am writing on behalf of my husband who has been under Dr Becker's care for years. Recently a very serious issue came up related to his glaucoma. Dr. Becker took the time to evaluate, contact other doctors in the field, and those doctors already working on my husbands issues. I was most impressed because Dr. Becker took the time to immediately address a serious problem over two days/evenings/and into the weekend. We are extremely grateful and can not express how much it means to us the professional care and commitment Dr. Becker provides.

Dr Becker takes his time to explain everything, straight forward, and goes far and beyond to make sure the care he gives is spot on. He has a friendly, and personable staff a well. I would highly recommend this doctor!!!!!
