Dr. William Stuart Bikoff, MD

I cannot rate the services that Dr. Bikoff offers but I can say he came highly recommended but the CSR who answered the phone was not equipped in my opinion to do so. I asked if the Dr. was taking new patience. He informed me that if you have a referal from your Dr. I informed him that my husband was military and would be self pay. He said "Aaaaa I don't know." pause......"Well the lady up front would have to tell you that but she's busy" ok. Hangs up! Wow I took that some kind of way. First impression is a lasting impression.

Dr Bikoff and his staff are the best. Ive been a patient since 1997 or 1998. Anyway he listens to your concerns and has the best bedside manners. I trust him with my life. Im very picky about who treats me for my Epilepsy and migraines. Im so so sad to hear that the Conyers office is closing. And i have to find a new Dr. He is only 15 to 20 mins from me. I would travel 100 miles just to keep him as my Dr. Im gonna miss him and all his staff so much. Im having a hard time accepting this news i just received. Good Luck Dr. Bikoff. Specialist usually more difficult to see as new patient 6 weeks delay

In response to review below, I've never had any trouble with the nurse Elaine. The woman at the front desk is not named Elaine, so there must be some form of confusion. However, all of the staff has been very cordial and helpful. Dr. Bikoff has been very professional and always helpful. I would definitely recommend him.

Dr. Bikoff is an exceptional doctor. Unfortunately, his front office staff (specifically Elaine) is rude and incompetent. She lost important paperwork and then would not call me back (I left 3 messages during a 5 day period). Still, if you want an excellent doctor, Dr. Bikoff is your man.

He is very kind and caring. He listens and answers as many questions as you might have even if you run over the normal allotted time for your visit. For that reason I don't mind having to wait a little longer sometimes.

Very comprehensive in his exam and highly knowledgeable. I found him to be caring and professional. Definitely a doctor who is reliable and can be trusted,
