Dr. William Phillip Brooks, MD

Dr. Brooks beside manners need improvement. He doesn’t seem about your feelings and seems that surgery is your only recourse.

Very knowledgeable and professional, Dr Brooks thoroughly and carefully diagnosed my problem and offered the appropriate medication for treatment.

I was told that I was anemic and received B12 shots and....also told I had an infection and got an antibiotic shot...only to find out, after not getting better and seeking help from another physician, that I had Stage 4 Hodgkins Lymphoma.

The Dr.'s office really needs updating and get into the 20th century, never mind the 21st century. Floors, chairs, windows, walls are all filthy and dirty and it smells. I was dumbfounded when I went in there. It needs a health inspection. Seriously

Do not go after 8:30am, even though the doorss don't open until 9, dr. Brooks doesn't take appointments and since he only sees 30 patients a day, there is almost always a line. Not knowing that, I arrived for my first visit with the doctor around 10am and did not leave until 4pm. That is obscene. There were only 5 people in the waiting room, and only 2 more came out in addition to that. I would not recommend seeing doctor Brooks. He may have been a great doctor in the 80s, but he needs to retire.
