A fabulous internist

Dr. Cox has been a good doctor, but his office staff in the last three visit was not very good. I saw the Dr. Cox around 4:30 did not have wait to long for him, but he left at 4:45 expecting the nurse to come in with my shot and paper work. I waited and waited at 5:00 I got up open the door so they knew I was there. 5:15 came and went. I walked out in the hall. Four people left in the office Myself, doctor, physician assistant and my nurse. The next time I was in the office I waited 15 minutes for the nurse to give the information. Walked out in the hall Dr. Cox himself gave me the information. The third time I did not wait that long I caught the nurse as she was going to lunch for her to give the information.

I have been a patient of Dr. Cox for 20 years and have never been disappointed in his care. Very good diagnostician, very patient never feel rushed by him, excellent listener with a very good memory of previous conversations and concerns. He cares very much about his patients health and their well being. He is very much updated on the latest health care changes and recommendations. He is a much appreciated physician.
