Dr. William Alexander Dabbs, MD

I’ve been a patient for about four years now and in all that time I don’t think I ever met Dr. Dabbs. I have only met with Physician Assistants and office staff. I Went in about a month ago to do bloodwork so they could renew my prescription. They had a mixup and had me down for a full physical that day which I was not able to do. Rescheduled the physical for this week and then never received any follow-up confirmation. Called the office today and they told me they didn’t have an appointment scheduled with me this week. Not sure why they’re having problems doing this but it doesn’t give you much confidence.

Certainly please consider other family practicing providers. Highly unprofessional and such a disappointing experience.

I recently visited Dr. Dabbs at his new location in West Annapolis. His new office and staff are exemplary! I got excellent care and like his new office set up which includes a psychologist and a nutritionist on site!

Spends quality time to diagnosis problems. Very gentlemanly and concerned with patients. Follow up calls to patients after regular office hours.

Dr. Dabbs is good. I have been seeing him for a few years. Very caring. Office staff needs to realize they are in the service business. Short and at times rude and unfriendly. I wait 30-40 minutes total (office waiting room and exam room until doctor arrives) each time. Never an apology for keeping me waiting.

Dr. Dabbs is my primary care physician and when my father came up from Florida, I started using him for treatment for my father. He was very kind and caring to my father and gave just the right advice as my father deteriorated before passing away at 87.
