Dr. William Charles Delapena, MD

On September 29, 2023 I went in and started the process of getting contacts, they informed it would take 2 weeks to get the sample contacts back i paid $200 cash and waited about month i called to see what was going on and they told me my prescription since its a high number was back ordered. Calling them is horrible you wait for so long. I waiting another 2-3 weeks and i went in mid November and asked what’s going on they checked and said there was nothing for me and they were going to call the lab to see what is going on i told the lady her name I believe was Eileen i just want refund she said the manager was not there and she is the only one that can approve it. Andrea the manager was supposed to call me i gave her a few days and i called was not able to get a hold of her everyone i spoke would say shes busy she’ll call me back, got really upset until November 29th she called me back and stated the refund was going to get started. It is now January 4th 2024 and i called yesterday… for an update and spoke to vanessa she stated she wasnt available will call me back, i called today again shes not available she will call me back. This is ridiculous having to wait for my refund that i paid in cash up front and after months can not get my own money back. At this point i just feel like they are taking advantage and if i don’t follow they will just sweep under the rug and keep the money , i wonder to how many patients they have done this to, so sad!

Excellent eye doctot

I have had many of my family members and friends to get here. The staff is very friendly and the doctors extremely competent. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

I was fortunate enough to be seen by Dr. William De La Pena himself on several occasions. It's not often you get to see the namesake of the business, especially the doctor himself. My eye strain was pretty intense for a while, but now they are feeling much better.

STAFF AND PHYSICIANS KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING....

I need to point out that Dr. De La Pena has significantly reduced his workload but his team of ophthalmologists, optometrists, opticians and staff are first rate! They also have a wonderful variety of frames and lenses which I found most convenient!
