Dr DeMarchi was wonderful to deal with; however, his staff was rude and lacked empathy!

Dr. Demarchi is a very knowledgable and thorough doctor. He spends time answering questions and gives excellent advice especially now during this pandemic. He has certainly made me feel so much more relieved and has put the science of this pandemic in perspective. Dr. DeMarchi's staff is fantastic and they are very friendly. I highly recommend seeing Dr. DeMarchi as an internist. (Clean Office, Intelligent Doctor, Friendly Staff)

Moved into the area and was recommended his office. Was happy for the recommendation. Excellent practice and physician.

Office was very accommodating and provider was extremely knowledgeable. Felt he spent as much time as needed. I didn’t feel rushed.

I would recommend Dr. DImarchI for a primary care physician. He is easy to get along with and listens to all that is bothering you. Unfortunately he needs a whole new staff except for Peter who is very kind. His girls are rude and don't help with anything. Very impolite. Terrible phone system. Can be on hold for 30 minutes or more. They also have trouble getting refills. Even the pharmacist get annoyed at them. Dr. lost me as a patient due to front office.

I was trying to speak in private to this Dr as a matter of respect as to not embarrass him in front of his staff or patients. He got loud and boisterous and called me a disgusting human being! Not professional at all!

This doctor is completely unethical,unprofessional and a disgrace to his profession.He should be embarrassed at his behavior at his failing practice.Do not do business with this theif.

Keeps you waiting long past your appointment time and while waiting, you sit on uncomfortable old dining room chairs while listening to Frank Sinatra over and over. Once you finally see him, he has no clue where your blood work paper went, doesn't care to engage you at all , just reads off his sheets and wants you to take tests you don't need. My last visit, he got mad at me because I complained he had standing room only out in waiting room and he seemed understaffed for such a crowd, and he said I need to be more patient after waiting almost 2 hours.
