Terrible doctor, he's more concerned about whats on his phone then getting to a procedure on time. He spilled his coffee in car and was an hour late getting into appointments. Rude ...

During a visit with Dr. Futch my husband complained of abdominal pain. Dr. Futch told him to take a laxative. A week later my husband’s primary care physician sent him for CT scan. Bottom line, my husband had metastasized melanoma And passed away 2 months later. There was nothing that could have been done, but Dr. Futch totally dropped the ball while acting his normal rude and arrogant self.

I have no complaints about Dr. Futch's abilities as a doctor but the unethical behavior that occurred with one of his office nurses trying to trick me and lying to me to get me to let the PA do the procedure that I had waited two months for the doctor to do was appalling! I can't believe anything like this could happen in a professional setting, especially in a doctor"s office! The farce went on for about an hour until it was realized that I wasn't going to change my mind. I had reasons from a previous problem with the PA not to want her to do the procedure. I also realize that she needed experience with the procedure, but to try to dupe someone into using her is incomprehensible to me. It made me feel like they were trying to take advantage of a senior citizen! I do not know whether the doctor was aware of what was going on, but I do not see how this could have occurred without his knowledge. I will not use this practice again.

Rude. Hateful. No bedside manner. He will not give a sick patient to talk. He thinks he knows all about their GI tract than they do when they have being seeing specialist at Vidant for YEARS. Thanks for Nothing

Very happy to have been treated by Dr. Futch. I found him to be very nice and professional.

Dr Futch is a total Jerk ! He bullied my wife when she was in severe pain.
