Dr. William Loren Hilbert, MD

I happily take my children to this doctor. I've never had a problem making an appointment for them, and his staff is always courteous and willing to work with me if I require special arrangements. Though his manner is not as open and warm as some other physicians, he is thorough and careful in his diagnosis and isn't quick to over prescribe like many doctors in the area do. He never rushes my husband or I from the office and asks us for any questions we may have before departing. Overall, I'm very satisfied with Dr. Hilbert and his staff and recommend him to any parent looking for a physician who is kind and isn't prescribing simply for the kickbacks some insurances provide.

Could not hear a word he said. Didn't seem like he cares much. And he instructed me to give my baby Advil for a throat infection. I knew it didn't sound right so I saw another dr nd he gave me antibiotics for the infection. This is a dr I would definitely not trust his opinions.

Very impersonal, poor bedside manner. Dr. Hilbert didn't even introduce himself. We waited a hour and were charged more for the appointment than quoted.
