Excellent doctor sorry he is retiring.

Good doctor, very knowledgeable - but EXTREMELY rude and arrogant and staff is just as bad. His equipment is out of date - at least 30 years old. I have gone to him for along time because I trust him and he is a good doctor. But I have had enough of Dr Kessler's and his staff rudeness and arrogance. I will not go back.

First time in office. The staff was very friendly. I had an insurance issue and Cheri from the billing office went out of her way to help me get thru the red tape and helped me understand my benefits.

Sherry from the billing dept. was very rude. She's not here for the patient and is not willing to help you. I will never come back to this place.

This physician was EXTREMELY rude and arrogant. The office staff, if anything, were worse! Avoid at all costs. He billed me incorrectly, and the office refused to change it. When I asked to speak to the doctor they said that he did not return any calls having to do with billing!! The office staff treated me, the patient, like an insect. AVOID THIS PHYSICIAN at all costs!
