Dr. William Philip Klein, MD

Very experienced and a great doctor.

Ignores dangerous symptoms. Ignores Patient's concerns. Doesn't confer with patient's more knowledgeable physicians. Chooses the bizarre diagnosis over the common sense diagnosis. Purports to treat conditions out of his specialty. Rude and condescending.

Rude, does not listen, and extremely unprofessional. I went in with injured shoulder with MRI results. He didn't look at my shoulders or asked how I was doing or if I was in any pain. I had MRI results and asked if he wanted to review it and he said "I can just can them in our system." He's good for flu shots but not for serious help issues. Save time by finding another doctor is professional and empathic.

Doctor Klein is very rude and doesn't seem to really listen to what you say. He'll interrupt you as you try to tell him the symptoms and brush away any concerns you try to bring them up with him. He doesn't explain anything to you either. I'm not entirely sure he took this job if he doesn't really enjoy working with people.

I have been seeing Dr. Klein for about 20 years.. He has a remarkable ability to put my complaints in perspective and focus on what is really bothering me. I always feel optimistic when I leave his office that he has understood my main complaint(s) and that something useful has been done to resolve my problem.

I went to this doctor with my grandmother today and was absolutely outraged by how he treated her. He spoke down to her, was totally demeaning, and was laughing and saying things under his breathe in front of us. He also took her blood pressure and once he got the reading literally threw the blood pressure arm band on the floor. I was shocked as to how unprofessional and rude this man was. My grandma always said her doctor was mean to her and she was always hesitant to go and now I know why. I still can't believe how badly this man treated my grandmother and the way he talked to her was unacceptable. I seriously feel that this man's medical license should be taken away from him. No human should talk to another human the way he spoke to my grandma.

He's very thourough but doesn't listen to patient concerns.

Dr Klein is a very busy man! I find him less than forthcoming. After a recent diagnosis, I asked him to discuss the disease with me and he told me to look it up on the internet. I don't know if I can ever talk to him about it. To whom do I turn now?

i have been going to dr william klein now for maybe 2 months now after an injury that had occured almost 4 months ago, the first time i went he barely looked at my injury as it is internal and i know is fractured. all he did was look at it, and told me to come back in 2 weeks, after my 2 weeks was up i went back and it was his son that had seen me due to that he was out for the day, his son took a look at it and prescribed me something that was a bit stronger than ibuprofen, and that didnt help at all, so i reschdule another appointment because i was and still in lots of pain, so this time i see william klein and i told him all of my problems and pain from my injury, i exposed my foot and showed him where the pain was, he didnt even take a look at it and was quickly to prescribe vicodin right off the bat, kinda caught me off guard without even looking at it, i told him i would like to get an xray so that we can quickly figure out the full problem and be able to take the right direction… on healing my foot. so he put a request in for me to see a podiatrist the last time i saw him, mind you that was almost 3 weeks ago, i was approved on the same day as the request!! i had to call their office today and and check up on my request and i was told i was approved and told me they would mail it to me, i knew better than to wait for it to come in the snail mail and i live several blocks away from the place, so i made the rek over there to get it, mind you i have trouble walking and putting pressure on my foot at all. overall i think this office is very unprofessional and very slow with their front desk work. sorry to say but i will be finding another doctor that is on the ball and seems to care a bit more for his patients
